You can vote today at the Elections Canada Office located at:

Vote before Tuesday, October 20 at 6:00 p.m.
To vote at the Elections Canada Office you must have a valid piece of Identification and proof of address.
STEP 1:
Pack identification and your mask in your bag/purse/person.
Two pieces of ID. One must have your name, another must have both your name and your address. Your voter information card and a bank statement, or utility bill and a student ID card.
You can still vote if you declare your identity and address in writing and have someone who knows you and who is assigned to your polling station that can vouch for you.
The Vouchee MUST be able to prove their ID and address such as in options 1 and 2. You can only vouch for one person.

To use this option, you must vote before Tuesday, October 20th at 6:00 p.m.

They will provide you a special ballot:
Once you have your special ballot, write the FIRST & LAST NAME of your chosen candidate on the ballot. You do not have to write the name of the political party. If you only write the name of a political party, your vote won’t be counted.
STEP 5:
Write Julius Tiangson in CLEAR and CONCISE language. Please do not use cursive as some may not be able to read.
If the ballot official on election day cannot read the ballot, the ballot will not be counted.

VOTING AT ADVANCED POLLS:
Advanced Polls are open on specific dates across York-Centre:
- Friday, October 16th
- Saturday, October 17th
- Sunday, October 18th
- Monday, October 19th
These dates are assigned by Elections Canada a week prior to the election to allow for convenient voting.
Voting will be conducted at a voting location in multiple areas similar to Election Day. You will require valid pieces of identification, found below.
You must vote at the poll assigned to you.

VOTING ON ELECTION DAY:
Election Day is October 26th, 2020.
Polls will be open between 8:30 a.m. – 8:30 p.m.
If you are registered with Elections Canada – you will receive a voter information card by October 13th.
